Orders placed with Insight are
generally shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery.
Occasionally, other means may be used, such as UPS or USPS.
Expedited shipping is available. If you desire expedited
shipping, please contact Customer Service to make arrangements.
In-stock items generally ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Backordered items generally require no more than 3 weeks. Custom
orders and personalized name plates generally ship within 3
weeks. If an Email address is provided in a customers information
record, Insight will keep the customer aprised of their order status
via Email.
Note that we will never request sensative information such as bank
account or
credit card numbers via Email. If you receive such a request,
please DO NOT respond. It is an attempt by someone else to
defraud you.
