We strive to provide the highest
quality of products so that our customers are always pleased with their
purchases. We recognize that occasionally circumstances arise
requiring the return of merchandise.
We take great care to pack and ship our merchandise safely.
However, if any products should arrive in damaged condition, Insight
will refund or replace (at Insight's discretion) the merchandise,
provided the damage is reported to Insight Customer Service within 30
days.
Insight will refund any purchased merchandise (except custom orders,
including personalized name plates) returned within 60 days from the
date of purchase, provided the merchandise is in resellable
condition. Customers returning merchandise in good condition will
be entitled to a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking
fee. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges
and insurance. Merchandise being returned should be sent to
Insight, Inc. 2617 W 27th Terrace, Lawrence, KS 66047.
Insight
will issue a
replacement or a refund (at Insight's discretion) for any product that
proves defective in materials or workmanship for up to 90 days from the
date of purchase. Customers should contact Insight Customer
Service
prior to returning any merchandise. Note that crystal products
are by nature fragile. Scratching, chipping, or braking of a
crystal product does not constitute a defect in materials or
workmanship.
Note
that we will never request sensative information such as bank account
or
credit card numbers via Email. If you receive such a request,
please DO NOT respond. It is an attempt by someone else to
defraud you.
